I have a list of 40,000 SNPs (scattered throughout the human genome). I would
like to attribute conservation scores to each variant. I would like to use GERP
scores.

However, looking at your DB schema, I understand that using MySQL will not be
an option to interrogate specific base-pair coordinates/SNPs and obtain GERP.
Furthermore, I have tried to locate the GEPR scores file on you ftp, but this
data does not appear to be available (or at least I cannot find it).

Can you suggest a way I can locate GERP information for either i) SNPs 'on the
fly' (MySQL or API), or ii) download genome-wide GERP data.

Best wishes
Chris
