I think this is the main concern being voiced here. Jer - can you perhaps consolidate your conventions around bugs into some kind of document and circulate it on -dev/project? Then we can make some kind of decision and: 1. Everybody knows what the policy is so that we can beat up anybody who violates it. 2. Complainers can be sent to the policy and complaints can go to /dev/null (unless they want to propose a change). 3. Everybody else can pitch in and help out so that you're not having to reformat all those bugs on your own. By all means propose whatever makes the most sense to you personally. It will no doubt be bikeshed to death but we don't need 100% consensus to move forward. If necessary the council can bless it, but I suspect that most will see the logic of your arguments, and perhaps together we'll even improve on it a little. Rich
