It is one of the reasons I see binpkgs as breaking progress instead of
being part of the progress; it is manageable, but it could be better.

They've been gathered throughout this thread; yes, they could use a
summary, but that doesn't change that all the culprits exist out there.

Depends on what the pros and cons are; it makes the difference between
merely thoughts and an actual reality, to construct towards a decision.
