The fan headers you don't have anything connected to, so don't worry about them. The VCore 2 I assume your machine does not use (do you have a P4 by any chance?). The -12v and -5v lines being way off probably means your PSU isn't supplying them, or is doing an extremely bad job of it. There is very, very little equipment around that uses these lines, so again, don't worry about them. The temp2 is quite high, I'd look into better cooling for your CPU. Unless the machine is stable in which case I wouldn't worry again :)
