In fact, it did not recognise the net driver. I had to do the instalation with an USB wireless stick and patch the SIS driver to be able to get my ehternet working. These are the threads. http://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-t-634418-highlight-.html http://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-t-636110-highlight-.html The point is that, while the SystemRescueCD and Sabayon recognized my hard disk, the gentoo-live-cd was unable to do so. This is probably because the hardware is too new, and I expect, as Jorge Manuel said, that this will be solved with the new 2007.1 live cd.
