I have already copied all the files from C:\Program Files
(x86)\ArcGIS\arcsde\lib to C:\Program Files (x86)\GeoServer
2.1.4\webapps\geoserver\WEB-INF\lib folder. These files are
jpe_sdk.jar,jsde_sdk.jar, concurrent.jar icu4j_3_2.jar. This problem is
still persists.
