Sorry this is getting under everyone's skin. 


Justin, for Cedric and Martin to help you, they'd have to have a much
better idea what is going on. The little info we have so far doesn't
give us enough to diagnose the issue. 

The only thing they can come up with is that your real jaxb module is
perhaps not first on your compile classpath compared to the dummy JAXB
in geotools. 

If this is the problem, you have 2 solutions. (1) make sure your JAXB is
first on your classpath (2) put your JAXB in the endorsed folder of your
JDK's JRE.

If those don't work, please come back with more info since we can't
guess as to what's going on without more background.
