Actually the main build box was not touched, we added a win32
one that is sitting on different hardware and made sure with
Arne we have enough power to keep it up.
For the time being we can have it run during the (NY) night, but
Arne asked not to run in the day (if possible) as the
NTFS access over the virtualization layer is very taxing for the machine

I guess I'll give another shot at generating site and javadoc soon
so that next releases are less of a pain (plus people have been
pinging me offline on where to find the javadocs, and I had no
good answer for them...)
