I only sent it to Geowanking and OSGeo-Discuss (in addition to our
internal mailing list). I believe people on the geowanking list, which
generally provide great insights, are not necessarily on the
OSGeo-Discuss list, thus the duplication. I'm kind of sad hearing you
say I'm spamming these lists :-( I don't believe I am. I just want
advice from experienced people.
(and no, I won't send it to the mapserver and mapguide mailing lists as
much as I believe it would be appropriate. I'm simply not a member of
those lists right now and I hope I'll get enough additional pertinent
feedback to make the best tech choice possible)
