I have noticed that mine do try to bite if I feed them with my fingers.
A lot of the people on the list recommend feeding seeds to tame, and if
you notice they say to put the seed in the palm of your hand and let
them come get it.  I think if you feed from the fingers, they may get
confused and I don't feed them that way any more.  (When they were
biting, it was more of a nip not a chomp)
