GTK/ppc doesn't work, but motif/ppc and on OS X carbon/ppc is available. If everything else fails on this rare platforms one could also use the web-frontend. The last is just meant technically, not from a quality point of view or something. Meanwhile I had a very quick look at the sources. I am now 99% sure that it is not available as a plug-in. On the sunny side it is not only SWT used, but also JFace, which would smooth integration into an eclipse plug-in. I have not been able to find out the license by looking at the sources.
