What's the empty string? url or s ?
you sure you are passing something in url?

I pass a verified url, as in my example Checkpage("http://freefl.free.fr/presentvu.htm";) and the ttt.Get(url) function returns an empty s string because no connexion is set.

But if I call with a literal in the function : ttt.Get("http://freefl.free.fr/presentvu.htm";) it works fine and makes the connexion. So the problem apparently lies within the .Get call not accepting a variable parameter.

Is there a workaround ?
