Now handled.
These parameters are hugely useful and I am already using them full
steam. For example I have a testbench that works with files, and I pass
the file names as "parameters" to the "program". With integer types, I
set the global design dimensions, so the simulated design has a
different pipeline latency, size, etc. I can launch test campaigns
easily with raw VHDL.

The bad news for me : http://ygdes.com/GHDL/ghdl_env/ is now useless.
The good news : I don't have to maintain the code :-D
The bad news : I have to update my systems, my scripts and the old ghdl
version I still use...
The good news : GHDL is alive and kicks ass as usual ;-)
