The scope is narrower than it may look, though. `date_bin(interval, time)` on a `Timestamp(Nanosecond, _)` column still propagates ordering, so streaming `GROUP BY` / sort elimination is unchanged. The cases that now add a sort are s/ms/us timestamp inputs, and nested expressions whose range type is unknown (e.g. `date_bin(.., date_trunc(..))`); #25668 addresses the latter. What type is your `time` column, and do you use `date_bin` over a nested expression? That would tell us whether you're affected.
