I talked to the people at 39DollarGlasses this evening and wanted to explain
the situation. 39DollarGlasses, and some of the other retailers won't ship
glasses that have imperfections or scratches -- this is good no? Sometimes
this happens as they are handled. Occasionally there need to be remakes --
and every now and then if there are a couple of bad frames, this may happen
more than once.

For the record, her package has been shipped overnight mail, as promised.

This is one of the reasons I continue to crusade to see more detailed
tracking information available online. I think it will be of great benefit
to consumer and retailer alike. Less time will need to be spent wondering
and answering questions and things will be less likely to fester.

Hang in there people.
