Yes, I finially got my tracking number yesterday afternoon. I'd also
to let you all know that I recieved an apology from Dr. Marc
Weinstein, CEO and a credit for my shipping, NICE! I am very pleased
that they took the time to address my concerns. I wish I didn't have
to escalate things in order to get a resolution but sometimes thats
the only way. Your suggestions of just keeping people appaised of
their situation would be very helpful. I agree, a quality product is
worth the wait but don't make promises you cannot keep.

I appreciate your help Ira and the others' supportive messages.

Hopefully, my glasses will arrive before I leave for work and I'll be
happy with them.
