I've done "a lot" of research on Luxottica (http://suxottica.com) and
never have I heard of a connection between the two. Walmart itself
mentions it as their "Optical Division".

While I suppose it may be possible that there may be some rogue store
inside a Walmart, I'd be quite shocked. Anything beyond that would
have been an enormous story.
