We discussed this a long time ago...trying to figure out the right
"theoretical" sized frame for a person, based on PD.

Premise:  The eyes should be horizontally positioned in the center of the
lenses.

My PD is 61mm (I think...don't have it in front of me).  Therefore, the
bridge, plus 1/2 of the left lens, and 1/2 of the right lens should equal
61mm.

That means that (lens width) + (bridge) = PD should provide the theoretical
perfect size.

Let's take a pair of Windsor frames.  40mm lens plus 25mm bridge, as
mentioned in the previous post.  That would give a "perfect" dimension of
40+25 = 65mm.  My PD, is 61mm.  Tiny as those lenses might be, that frame
would be too wide for me...but only by a few mm, so it'd probably work just
fine.

See how it works?
