Here we go:
1. Please keep obsolete strings in the PO file
Obsolete translation strings are currently being completely wiped out
when changes are made on source code, and therefore in PO files too.
But why they are being removed? Even though they are considered
obsolete, they are *very* useful: when there is a tiny change in a
translation string, Transifex (and also POedit) might suggest obsolete
strings as fuzzy. So, translators won't have to
think-translate-and-write it all over again (That's big, you know...).
ex: Processeur frequency -> Processor frequency
(old translation would be suggested as fuzzy)
Keeping the obsolete strings will produce huge po files.
Transifex used with translation memory will propose you old strings as
suggestions even if old strings are in pot files (but not poedit).
A solution may be to keep strings during translation process and delete
them just before release. But for languages which have not translated
the strings, the translation must be done twice too...
2. Comments on translation strings
The benefit of comments is that doubts of the meaning of some strings
while translating can be answered simply by (the translator) reading
the developer's comment. And gettext allows developers to save
comments of strings from source code to the resultant POT file. I
suggest reading about gettext's '--add-comment', e.g. 'gettext' in
wikipedia.
This is more like a suggestion/feature request for a long term plan,
if you want to implement it. I know it would be impossible to add
comments for 2600+ strings in a blink. :)
We add comments on translations but perhaps not enough.
That why, all your comments and questions are interesting (example
question 5).
We will add comments when is needed.
3. Icon's popup box
When I put the mouse cursor over the little magnifying lens icon, a
box will pop up, in blank... I suppose that in there should have some
kind of information, like a description of the action (e.g "search")
Icon's popup are popup displaying information about linked item
(comments...). If no information are available popup box is empty.
4. "NORSH"
What is this? I googled around, but can't find its meaning.
I add a comment on it. It is an open_imap option.
5. "Alternate username number"
Is it the number of users (means more than one) or a number of one
alternate username (means only one) ?

Do you think an other string is more appropriate ?
6. 'Mio', 'Kio' and 'Gio'
I suppose these are french abreviation for Megabytes, Kilobytes and
Gigabytes. In the source translation file, it would be to rename them
to their english equivalent: 'MB', 'KB' and 'GB'.
It was the universal Si prefixes :

So not needed to be renamed I think.
7. "Save" button
Some occurences of not translated. Example: Home > Configure > Automatic Actions
9. "Add" button
Some occurences of not translated. Example: Home > Configure > SLA
A php function are missing in gettexst extract. A add it and strings are
now available for translation.
8. "Entité racine"
No translation string and not in english by default. Where: Home >
Configure > SLA
It was the name of the root entity. You could change it changing the
name of the entity in Entity menu.
10. "Watchers group manager" or "Watcher's group manager" ? (same as
"Requesters group (...0"
It was not clear to me if it's the group of one watcher, or of more
than one. I presume that the intention was to be " Watcher's group"
(Watcher/His group). Same comment for "Requesters group (...)"
Itis to select all managers defined in all watcher groups.
The correct string is maybe "manager of watchers group"
