Firstly, salute to all the developer of GLPI, this is the best PAC system I 
ever used. I don't know if this is a good place to request a wish list, but I 
will try anyway :). Currently, I'm using GLPI v0.68 and everything was good, 
combine with OCSNG, it's almost perfect ( since we already know, nobody is 
perfect :)).

I like to know if it possible to have some sort of maintenance schedule for 
inventory item? After playing around with v0.68, I think it's enough to 
duplicate a reservations functions for the maintenance schedule. By having 
this, the admin can set and will know when the next maintenance schedule will 
be caring out and when it was last maintain. Of course if the functions could 
send email as an alert in the configurable days before the maintenance will be 
caring out to a configurable users, it should be good :)

The other thing I like to see is a configurable closing ticket. I think it's 
good to have control over who could close the ticket. After playing with 
profile functions I think if someone could put 2 more options under assistant 
sections maybe "close my ticket" and "close all ticket" so we could selectively 
assign which profile can close their own ticket or can close all ticket, that 
would be good.
