A scheduled ticket system is planned for a future version.

The other thing I like to see is a configurable closing ticket. I think it's good to have control 
over who could close the ticket. After playing with profile functions I think if someone could put 
2 more options under assistant sections maybe "close my ticket" and "close all 
ticket" so we could selectively assign which profile can close their own ticket or can close 
all ticket, that would be good.

Assign user can close the ticket adding a followup.
