That what I really need, the author of the ticket can close their own ticket. 

I think this could be gain by include 2 more options in profile pages under 
assistant which is "close my ticket" ( equivalent with "Add followup to my 
ticket" functions ) and "close all ticket" ( equivalent with "Add followup to 
all ticket" functions ).

With that 2 more options, the admin could freely assign which profile could 
close their own ticket, which profile could close all those ticket or which 
profile can't close any ticket.

At my place, technician can't just close the ticket, only the author and admin 
can just do that, which is after their have verify the job that have been done 
by the technician.

On the ticketing part, GLPI have cover everything except this features. I 
really love to see it in GLPI if it is possible to implement.
