Hmm.. may be I miss something, can you show me which combinations to use to have this effect? Basically I want : 1. User with post-only and normal profile can add follow-up and close their own ticket, 2. User with admin profile ( basically used by technician person ) can add a follow-up to all ticket but can't close any ticket except the one create by themselves 3. User with super-admin profile can add follow-up and close all ticket.
what do you mean by "their own ticket" ? An author of a ticket can not close the ticket. Only assign user and update_ticket rights users can.
