Dropdowns -> Statuses of Items ( Configurar -> Listas Suspensas ->
Status de Itens).

Good day!
First I would like to apologize because I'm from Brazil and I know my

I use the latest version of GLPI (0.85.4). Came the need to insert
another status called for in the case "in observation". I researched a
lot but without success. I created a test environment too so i could
