Yeah, this is close to the bare minimum necessary for Bazaar-NG:
1. branch location
2. cd dirname
3. edit stuff
4. commit
Ditto for tla, for 1 use `tla-fork', for 4, use `tla-commit' (which
extrats the ChangeLog and then just does a tla commit on the files
specified in the ChangeLog).
Now they are equal. Goodie.
