OK, the Arch wiki is the existing (actually very valuable, and the most detailed) documents on Arch that are already GPL v2 licensed for a long time.  So this is what we have to work with. 

Even if we are to distribute pages from the wiki together with Arch, they will remain GPL v2 licensed and will be separated from other documentation (tutorial, info and man pages, etc.).  We will need to be careful to keep this boundary forever.

The GPL is designed for software, not wiki content.  The GFDL is a
better license for wikis.
