OK, the Arch wiki is the existing (actually very valuable, and the
   most detailed) documents on Arch that are already GPL v2 licensed
   for a long time.  So this is what we have to work with.

Sure.  But that wasn't was I was answering about, it was the claim
that GPLv3draft is somehow supposed to be suitable for Wiki content.
Which is what Stephen was refering to.
