What's allowed if you buy a facsimile of an autograph, either by buying
in addition a modern edition or if it is part of a CD-booklet? As far as
I know the is no way to prohibit you to make a modern edition out of it, if
the composer is dead more than 70 years.


Another case is if you get a personal copy of an autograph from e.g.
a library or a museum. They may specify that you are not allowed
to make a printed edition out of it. Is that right?
