Lilypond: how to put verse numbers?

Try adding a Staff_margin_engraver and a Bar_engraver to the
LyricVoice context.  Set

           \property LyricVoice.instrument = "number"
           \property LyricVoice.instr = ""
           \property LyricVoice.defaultBarType = "empty"

This generates invisible barlines, and Lilypond will attach margin
texts to the barlines.
