textExtraOffset
First, I need the same thing for Scarlatti, for praller symbols.
Second, could I suggest that the final implementation be two
properties: textHorizontalOffset and textVerticalOffset?
These would totally override the default separation of script
from the notehead position in the same way that
forceHorizontalShift works for noteheads themselves during
collision solving. It would be much easier to use in complex
conditions than trying to figure out what Lily is going to do
then adding extra to it.
