Frederick, What I see in the video are a number of blatant land use violations, including building close to the water's edge. Ironically, Mallya's land use violations are close to Salgaonkar's River Princess ecocological disaster. This is capitalism's illegal and ugly face. What is needed are capitalists who obey the law and don't destroy the environment (they are hard to find, especially in Goa).
