I sense a lot of anger here... Just to get another clarification, when the SSL for Custom Domain gets rolled out, do we have to pay for our own SSL certificate? Or it's a service included in the $9 monthly fee (or "tax" as called by some)? If it's the latter, that makes the $9/mo a lot more palatable.
