I will migrate to GCS if: * All conditions stated by Chris Ramsdale are met * It is fully compatible with Blobstore's dynamic resize feature (eg the =s parameter still works) * It allows for a file upload (especially from mobile apps) to be completed in one HTTP request * It sets far future expiry header
