Hi, yes there are some known issues with datastore UI and Europe. We have a bunch of fixes we have been working on for a while going out in the next few weeks that hopefully will improve this. I will check back on that shortly.
Also, issue ii) you mentioned above should be resolved now. Did you notice any difference there?
