Hi Chris, Thanks for providing your domain name to us. Our logs do not show any recent POST request to create a user for starmelb.catholic.edu.au, either successful or failed -- although I do see many failed Group creation requests. I would suggest you to fire another request just to create a new user via the Provisioning API so we could get a better picture of what might be happening.
