Chris, I checked our logs to verify that you're using the Provisioning API all right, but to create groups, not users -- we see no traces of any user POST requests. Is that correct?
What I do see is that the group creation requests have been failing because it seems you're trying to provision a number of duplicate groups. You may want to check your code again to see what may be the issue.
