diminta guru saya yg pengen nyoba makanan khas daerah masing and mau bikin

BINTE BILUHUTA

Here is the recipe for Binte Biluhuta which  I believe , once you try, you will 
have again and again.
 
Ingredients:
-         10 corn cobs
-         ½ a coconut
-         10 ground chilies
-         5 spring onions
-         Basil (Kemangi)
-         2 teaspoons of salt
-         3 lemons
 
Method:
First, cut the corn from the cobs and put them into a pan. Pour on enough water 
to cover them. Let them boil until the corn cooked.
 
While you are waiting for the corn to cook, grate the coconut. Grind the chili, 
onion and salt. Then fry the fish, and after it is fried, cut it into small 
pieces.
 
When the corn has been cooked, take the pan from the heat, pour its contents 
into a bowl and mix with the grated coconut, fish, ground chili, salt and lemon 
juice. After that, put the fried onion, basil and sliced spring onions onto the 
corn. You may add a slice of lemon, ground chili and or salt to taste.
 
Binte Biluhuta is ready to serve. This recipe serves 6 people.
