Dan I was specifically thinking of picking up audio at KC for outbound when someone pipes up who is not at the podium. Everyone would need to mute themselves at other times or feedback would be a nightmare. In fact, it might be best if they simply turned their speakers off. I am assuming that you could easily provide inbound audio for KC participants with a local amplifier and one machine at the podium.

Do you mean unmuting when someone near them is talking? Otherwise it seems that everyone would have to be running GTM audio on their machine. Doing audio stuff from multiple places in one room is a dark art, in my experience. Microphones and sound boards don't command the prices they do for no reason.
