Gi-Yung from UIOWA downloaded the latest code from GIT Tuesday morning.
He made the necessary changes to the TSQL scripts and ran the R code to
completion. I will FTP you our entire set of AKI code that we ran along
with the AKI_CDM_EXT_VALID_p1_QA_TBL.xlsx and AKI_CDM_EXT_VALID_p1_QA.html
files that were generated.
Please let us know if there is anything else we can provide that would
help.
