There remain many glitches which haven't or are in the process of being fixed. For example the icons still disappear which they always have. There are all the usual print failures & crashes, if you try to open a patient through PS the wrong one often opens. My letter writer tells me the spell check is correct every time I open it & the email function is dead. It even more frequently duplicates patients but they merge faster. Address book does not open when you are on progress notes screen. MD Plus is a dud - I could go on but overall you get the idea. There are 2 things that make it worthwhile - it is loads & reloads really fast so crashes aren't quite so annoying - it opens patients very fast - but I have also upgraded at the same time as I put MD3 on - & the ad screen doesn' t pop up when you print a script.
