My own experience with F9P and MaCORS is that I routinely get FIX, and plots seems to cluster around 1 cm or so. A friend did that too, but using a tripod and being careful about leveling, and comparing a bunch of 2-minute averages on different days. Maybe 2 cm peak-peak, and the published control point coordinates was in that cluster too. Plotted on graph paper at 1:1 which showed how good it was, rather than macro zoom in qgis!
