Already started :) I had proposed once the "OSGeo Multilanguage Dictionary": http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/OSGeo_Multilanguage_Dictionary which was then set up here: http://geodictionary.osgeo.org Till rather empty but open to the public and to be improved.
