I've had a read of the current draft, I'm having a hard time trying to
gather my thoughts though.

I think some of my previous comments have still been addressed, but I
still have issues regarding some of the language used ("trusted elders",
"who is in charge", ...) and more importantly I still don't think that
the potential benefits I can see from these changes outweigh the risks.

The difficulties in the discussion period also don't help mitigate any
of my concerns about the substance of the GCD.
