Hi, Did the Book Sense ever recognize that particular SD card? If not, try reformatting it in your computer before inserting it into the Book Sense. If the computer does not see it, then you have a defective card.
I have had one, and only one SD card go bad on me and I could not get it to be recognized in the computer or the Book Sense. I simply contacted the manufacturer and they replaced it for me at no cost (except for a buck or two for postage to send it back). Most of the manufacturers have at least a one year warrantee on them, some are lifetime for defects.
