Hi. I know many have made several suggestions on resetting the
BookSe3nse and all that, but have you tried using the card via a card
reader, not with the BookSense at all to make sure the problem is not
with the card itself?
If the computer can't see the card, the BookSense won't either no matter
how much the BookSense is reset.
