I too am waiting for DRM support. I don't know if it should be a free new feature or not. I'm not sure the comparison with the MuVo is valid though. You get a lot more with the Booksense than you do with the MuVo. Creative is also able to spread out any costs, development or licensing, related to DRM support over many more products and volumes of sales than GW Micro is able to do.
