True, I just thought it would be more convenient to manage all of my booksense
content from one application. I mean technically speaking, Booksense Buddy
isn’t necessary at all, since I already have other ways to transfer any content
I want to the Booksense. Incorporating Newsline support into Booksense Buddy
might pose some technical challenges though, and of course cooperation from
NFB, so I would definitely understand if it didn’t turn out to be worth the
effort.

I believe that NFB Newsline has its own transfer software, so I'm not sure
that's necessary.

I haven’t played around with this software yet, but any chance that NFB
Newsline support would be incorporated into the Booksense Buddy?

Subject: [GW-Booksense] GW Micro Announces New BookSense Buddy Software

GW Micro is proud to announce the BookSense Buddy. The BookSense Buddy is a
software application designed to provide beginner BookSense users a consistent
and comfortable interface for transferring extracted or zipped DAISY books
(Bookshare, NLS, and RFB&D), Audible audio books, supported documents (BRF,
BRL, TXT, etc.) and audio files (MP3, OGG, FLAC, etc.) to BookSense devices.
BookSense Buddy also provides direct access to the latest version of the
BookSense firmware.

The current version of BookSense Buddy is a beta, and should be treated as
such. If you have questions or comments on BookSense Buddy, please call us at
260-489-3671, email [email protected], or join the gw-booksense email list
(www.gwmicro.com/listserv), and discuss BookSense Buddy with other BookSense
