Eloquence has been that way for years with Jaws. One very good reason for
not likeing Eloquence among a lot of others I could list.

Is it just the nature of Eloquence to slow down when using control shift
r to read a document of some length. Seems as the longer it reads the slower
it gets then it will go back to normal rate then start the process of slowing
down again.
It is very responsive when typing just not when reading a long document.
