I'm curious what rate people are using with Eloquence when these blow-ups occur. I generally run mine at about 60. I have had some instabilities with Eloquence (SAPI 4 version) in previous versions of WE, especially WE Version 6.1. I have had one or two crashes with these betas. I did not uninstall the SAPI Eloquence nor the ViaVoice that came with Kurzweil 10, so I don't know what else to recommend. Windows XP (Media Center version), 1 GB of RAM, dual-threading single-core 3 GHz processor, about 49 processes running in the Task Manager Processes list.
