I completely forgot to mention this. Both blow-ups occurred while in Outlook 2003 immediately after I pressed Enter to open a message. Some messages I receive are plain text, some are html. Maybe browse mode is the culprit? <shrug>. Maybe Reid and Outlook 03 are partners in crime?
